Our concept

Martine is a Cave à Manger before anything else: a place made for moments, conversations, and shared pleasure.

Here, wine is more than something poured into a glass. It carries the story of the people who made it, the land it comes from, the season that shaped it, and the encounters it creates around the table.

Each month, the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons. Small plates are imagined to be shared — creative, generous, sometimes inspired by beloved classics, always made to spark curiosity and appetite.

At Martine, guests come to taste, to share, to talk, to laugh, and to let the evening unfold naturally. Plates arrive at the center of the table, glasses are refilled, and little by little, dinner becomes a moment that belongs to everyone.
